Fátima is Newdock’s Chief Executive Officer. Studied architecture and a Postgrad at ICADE in Madrid. Fátima possesses an extensive experience in the real state market, developing her career in companies such as EY, Grupo Lar, and leading Grosvenor Spain for 14 years as a Member of the Board of the European Directors.

Lucía Barrero is Newdock’s Head of Legal. Lucía has more than 20 years of experience within the real state law, acquired working for Unibal-Rodamco-Westfield, Sareb, and Garrigues. Lucía also holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE Business School in Madrid.

José Gil is Head of the Asset Management team. José has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate market working for companies such as King Sturge and Proequity. During his career, he has been involved in leasing transactions in the real estate sector with a volume of more than 1,000,000 sqm.

Antonio Ruiz is the Head of design and technical ESG at Newdock. Antonio has more than 15 years of international experience in companies such as Porsche and Amazon in China and Luxembourg. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, he is responsible for the implementation of the highest standards in Newdock’s projects, with a special focus on sustainability and social impact.

Ignacio is the investment manager in Newdock. Ignacio has over 6 years of experience in Private Equity Real Estate, including 3 years in the Investment team at Azora. Ignacio holds a Bachelor’s Dual Degree in International Business Management & Administration from ICADE in Madrid and NEOMA Business School in Reims.

Juan Carlos is the manager of the Asset Management team. Juan Carlos has 5 years of international experience in different real estate sectors after working for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield or Colonies, the largest French co-living start-up. Juan Carlos has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Administration from ESADE, where he also holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in International Management (CEMS).

José is an Associate in the Asset Management team. José has over 4 years of experience in real estate, including 2 years in the M&A and Debt Restructuring Markets at PWC. José holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from ICAI and an MBA from ICADE in Madrid.

Jose Luis is Analyst at Newdock. He has 2 years of work experience, highlighting his time at the real estate and private markets team of UBS Asset Management in Amsterdam, covering asset management and investments in the Benelux region and the Nordic countries. José holds a degree in Business Administration from Carlos III University and a Master’s in Corporate Finance from Maastricht University.

Fernando Pfitz is the Head of Construction. Fernando has more than 20 years of experience in real estate industry acquired working for companies such as Sareb, Riofisa and Idom. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica in Madrid, where he also holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organization.

Paul recently joined Newdock as Senior Finance Manager. He has 7 years of experience in the real estate industry, 3 years in Paris and 4 years in Madrid covering Iberia sector. This experience was acquired within the French private investor Compagnie de Phalsbourg, where he worked on all kind of asset class. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance on ESG MS in Paris.

Ignacio de Rentería has joined Newdock as Finance Manager. Ignacio has 9 years of experience in real estate, with 6 years in Madrid as Controller and Asset Manager, and 3 years in Cologne, where he led the management of the Iberia portfolio as Asset Manager. This experience was acquired at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Jamestown, where he primarily worked with shopping centers and offices. Ignacio holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Navarra and IESE Business School.

Sofía Moreno is Newdock’s Office Manager. Sofía has 5 years of experience on workspaces and events management in companies as Utopicus, MediaMonks or DSD and also abroad. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism from Carlos III University in Madrid and a Master degree in Wedding Planner and events’ protocol.
